The combination of chocolate and peanut butter offers the salty and sweet we often crave. Turning this into a high protein snack helps bariatric patients maintain a better balanced diet with low sugar.
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Premier Protein® Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
- 3 tbsp. Peanut Butter Powder
- 3 tbsp. Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Water
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth. Transfer mixture to popsicle mold and freeze overnight. If you don’t have a popsicle mold a paper cup and popsicle stick or spoon will work just fine!
